SHIPPING

At Jules Jewelers we ship all our products with GLS curriers. Shipping usually takes 5-7 working days, if there are any delays in shipping customers will be informed. Once orders are placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. When orders are shipped customers will receive their tracking number to track with GLS or An Post.
Once orders are placed, customers have 3 hours before  cancelling their order . Prices cannot be changed. If there are any issues with your order such as changing the size or colour, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Ideally within 3 hours of making your order.

Republic of Ireland: 
 €5
Orders over €50: Free
Outside of Ireland : TBD

In the event that the delivery address is unoccupied, couriers will generally call back the following day or leave it with a neighbour. The phone number provided when placing the order will be contacted if there are issues with delivery.
Orders made outside of the EU may be liable for customs charges when it arrives into the destination country. Jule’s jewelers will not be responsible for any custom charges owed on the packages.

Returns are happily accepted if you are not satisfies with the item you received.
We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind, please contact [email protected] for a returns form and steps on how to return your item. However it is important to note that we do accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Any items must be returned within 10 days , undamaged ,unworn and in their original packaging if you would like an exchange or refund. This only applies to orders within Ireland. We do not refund any shipping costs.
If orders are returned after the 10 days of delivery , customers are eligible for a credit note only.
Items returned back to us from the UK or other non EU countries, customs charges that are sent to us will be deducted from the customers credit note, we do not cover any custom charges. Returns from the UK and other non EU countries are eligible for a credit note only. Provided items are undamaged , unworn and in their original packaging.
Items that are being returned MUST have RETURNED GOODS on the shipping label. Items returned back to us from the UK or other non EU countries, customs charges that are sent to us will be deducted from the customers credit note, we do not cover any custom charges.
If there are any issues with the items you have purchased please voice this by contacting us immediately so we can resolve the issue, we aim to please all our customers.  
Please contact us before returning your item so that we can advise you of the next steps for a refund or replacement. 
Any damage caused by the customer from mis-use cannot be returned or refunded.
