Shipping Information

We offer secure and reliable shipping to Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Here’s everything you need to know:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or special sales events.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. We strive to keep our shipping costs competitive while ensuring your items arrive securely.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

    • Ireland: 3-4 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • United Kingdom: 4-5 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • Europe: 5-7 business days (Standard Shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or delays from the shipping carrier.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your package until it reaches you.

  • Customs & Duties: Orders shipped within the EU will not incur customs duties. However, for UK and European shipments, customs fees may apply depending on your location. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Jules Jewelers, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, here’s our simple return and exchange process:

  • Returns:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs).
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
    • To initiate a return, simply contact us at Julesjewelers@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
  • Exchanges:

    • We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange your jewelry, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new item right away.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Refunds:
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Julesjewelers@hotmail.com. Include photos of the damaged item, and we will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.
